1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or subscribing to the eSchool platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a school or institution, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
2. The Service
eSchool is a cloud-based school management platform provided by E - Vision Technocraft Pvt Ltd, comprising web and mobile applications for administrators, teachers and parents. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
Subscriptions are billed per active student per month (or annually, with applicable discounts) as agreed in your order form. Setup, data migration and training are included as described in your plan. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or resell the platform without written permission. Accounts are provisioned per school under role-based access control.
5. Data & Privacy
Your school owns its data. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. We process platform data only to provide and improve the service.
6. Availability & Support
We target 99.9% uptime with scheduled maintenance communicated in advance. Support channels and response times depend on your plan.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the order form. Upon termination we provide complete data export in standard formats and delete platform data after the agreed retention period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E - Vision Technocraft Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
