Child Safety Standards
Applies to the eSchool Admin, Teacher & Parents apps · Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. Our Commitment
E - Vision Technocraft Pvt Ltd ("we") publishes the eSchool Admin, Teacher and Parents apps, which are used by schools, teachers and parents/guardians and process information about students, including children. We are committed to keeping children safe. We prohibit and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form on our platform, and we comply with applicable child safety laws, including Indian law and the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
2. How the Platform Protects Children
- Children do not create their own accounts. Access for minors is provided only through parent/guardian-managed accounts created by the school.
- In-app communication is limited to closed, school-controlled channels (e.g. parent ↔ school chat). There is no public chat, no discovery of strangers, and no user-generated public content.
- All communication features are administered by the school, which can monitor, moderate and disable them.
- We do not use children's data for advertising or profiling and we never show third-party ads. See our Privacy Policy.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Any use of the platform to create, store, share, request or distribute CSAM, to groom, sexualise, exploit or endanger a child, or to harass or abuse a child in any way is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
4. Reporting a Concern
Anyone — parents, teachers, school staff or members of the public — can report a child safety concern related to our apps:
- Email our child safety point of contact: sales@evisiontechnocraft.com (subject: "Child Safety Report")
- Call us at +91 99360 92022
- Report through the school administration, which can escalate to us directly
Reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality. We acknowledge child safety reports within 24 hours.
5. How We Respond
- Immediate review of reported content or conduct by trained personnel.
- Removal of violating content and suspension or termination of involved accounts.
- Reporting of CSAM and child exploitation to relevant authorities, including law enforcement and, in India, the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in / helpline 1930), as required by law.
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations.
- Preservation of evidence as required by applicable law.
