Delete Your eSchool Account
This page lets users of the eSchool Admin, eSchool Teacher and eSchool Parents apps (published by E - Vision Technocraft Pvt Ltd) request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
30-day completion
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, with email confirmation.
What gets deleted
Your login credentials, profile, device tokens and chat history are permanently deleted.
What may be retained
Records the school must keep by law (e.g. fee receipts, academic records) are retained by the school as data controller, no longer linked to an active account.
This cannot be undone
After deletion you will need the school to re-create your account to use the apps again.
Submit a Deletion Request
- Fill in the form below using the details registered with your app account.
- We verify the request with you and your school to prevent misuse.
- Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days, and you receive a confirmation email.
