Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. Scope

This policy covers (a) platform subscriptions paid by schools to E - Vision Technocraft Pvt Ltd for the eSchool service, and (b) school fee payments made by parents through the eSchool Parents App or website using our integrated payment gateways.

2. School Fee Payments by Parents

  • Fee payments are collected on behalf of your school. Refunds of school fees are governed by the school's own fee policy, and refund decisions are made by the school.
  • Failed or duplicate transactions: if money is debited but the payment does not reflect in the app, the amount is normally auto-reversed by the payment gateway/bank within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will resolve it with the gateway.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
  • Payment gateway convenience charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

3. Platform Subscriptions (Schools)

  • New subscriptions include a free trial/demo period so schools can evaluate the platform before paying.
  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days of first activation for a pro-rata refund of the unused period, less setup costs already incurred.
  • After 30 days, subscriptions may be cancelled effective from the next billing cycle; amounts already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.
  • One-time charges for hardware (e.g. biometric or GPS devices), SMS/ WhatsApp credits already consumed, and completed on-site training are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email sales@evisiontechnocraft.com or call +91 99360 92022 with your school name, registered contact details and (for payments) the transaction reference ID. We acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours and communicate a decision within 7 working days.

5. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer (see the Privacy Policy) or raise a dispute through your bank or the payment gateway. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
